• Auto-Chlor System – Byron Center / Grand Rapids, MI
• Annual Compensation: $70,000–$75,000
• Auto-Chlor System is looking for a motivated, dependable Service & Sales Representative to join our team in Byron Center, serving the greater Grand Rapids area.
• This is a hands-on, fast-paced position for someone who enjoys working independently, building relationships with customers, solving problems, and staying active throughout the day. Our SSRs are the face of Auto-Chlor System to our customers and play an important role in both customer service and the growth of our business.

Responsibilities

• As an SSR, you'll manage an established route of commercial customers while providing exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include:
• Servicing and maintaining commercial dishwashing equipment
• Performing preventative maintenance and basic repairs
• Delivering cleaning and sanitation products
• Building strong relationships with restaurant and commercial customers
• Identifying opportunities to introduce additional products and services
• Resolving customer concerns quickly and professionally
• Managing your route efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Mechanical experience is helpful, but we're looking just as much for the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn. We will train you.
• Schedule: This is primarily a Monday–Friday position. 7am-4:30pm.
• Once fully trained, SSRs participate in a rotating on-call schedule to provide emergency service to customers when needed.
• Compensation: $21-$22/hr plus on-call and overtime opportunities. Our SSRs can expect annual compensation of approximately $70,000–$75,000. We also offer benefits including health, medical, vision, 401k, paid time off and holidays.
