• Project Manager - Product Security
• Spring, TX
• Provide hands-on project and program management support for Product Security Office initiatives, including the program for migration of the product portfolio from classical cryptographic implementations to those leveraging post-quantum cryptographic (PQC) algorithms.
• Working alongside program owners, subject matter experts, and cross-functional stakeholders, this role is responsible for helping to drive and monitor the overall migration of the product portfolio from classical cryptographic implementations to those leveraging post-quantum cryptographic algorithms.
• The role translates strategic, technical, and business objectives into executable plans; coordinates implementation activities; manages risks, issues, and dependencies; and tracks progress against defined milestones and deliverables.
• In addition to supporting delivery execution, the role helps drive stakeholder alignment, organizational readiness, communications, enablement, and adoption activities necessary to achieve successful implementation and long-term program outcomes. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans that define scope, deliverables, milestones, activities, owners, dependencies, assumptions, and target dates.
• Translate program objectives and regulatory or business requirements into manageable project workstreams, tasks, and delivery checkpoints.
• Coordinate day-to-day execution across business, technical, operational, legal, and other contributing teams.
• Monitor progress against the approved plan and drive timely completion of actions and deliverables.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, priorities, and delivery assumptions through clear documentation and stakeholder alignment.
• Prepare and maintain core project artifacts, including schedules, work breakdowns, milestone plans, action logs, and delivery checklists.
• Identify, document, track, and escalate project risks, issues, dependencies, blockers, and decisions.
• Work with accountable owners to define mitigation or resolution actions, due dates, and follow-through expectations.
• Analyze schedule and dependency impacts and recommend practical recovery or sequencing options.
• Maintain an accurate RAID and decision log with clear ownership and current status.
• Escalate matters requiring program owner or leadership action with concise context, options, and recommended next steps.
• Establish working cadences for project team coordination, milestone reviews, issue resolution, and decision-making.
• Facilitate project meetings and working sessions with clear objectives, agendas, decisions, and documented actions.
• Coordinate inputs and handoffs across stakeholders to prevent gaps, duplication, or delivery delays.
• Provide timely follow-up to action owners and maintain visibility into commitments.
• Support the program owner by organizing project information, preparing decision materials, and converting direction into assigned work.
• Produce concise, executive-ready project status updates covering progress, upcoming milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and support needed.
• Develop and maintain project dashboards or trackers that provide reliable visibility into delivery health and completion status.
• Define and track practical measures tied to project execution, deliverable completion, and milestone performance.
• Maintain organized project records, meeting outputs, approvals, and supporting documentation.
• Ensure status reporting is based on validated inputs and clearly distinguishes completed work, in-progress work, and at-risk commitments.
• Coordinate implementation and readiness activities required to move project deliverables into use.
• Support development of targeted communications, reference materials, process documentation, or enablement assets needed for a successful rollout.
• Track stakeholder readiness, open actions, and launch dependencies through completion.
• Capture lessons learned, unresolved follow-up items, and recommendations at key milestones or project close.
• Transition completed deliverables, documentation, and ongoing ownership to the appropriate operational or program stakeholders.
• Develop and execute integrated adoption, engagement, communications, and enablement activities for PQC Migration and other assigned Product Security Office priorities, aligned to business outcomes and stakeholder needs.
• Identify target audiences, stakeholder needs, adoption barriers, participation gaps, and opportunities to increase awareness, readiness, utilization, and business impact.
• Develop stakeholder maps, engagement approaches, messaging frameworks, executive-ready materials, briefings, workshops, forums, onboarding activities, and practical enablement assets appropriate to the audience.
• Partner with service and program owners to define desired adoption outcomes, value measures, feedback loops, and actions needed to improve results.
• Gather and synthesize stakeholder feedback, identify experience and adoption improvements, and recommend actions that strengthen long-term sustainability.
• Translate initiative outcomes, customer successes, lessons learned, and measurable value into reusable portfolio insights, improved practices, and growth opportunities.
• Serve as a connector across product, program, technical, operational, and business stakeholders to strengthen collaboration, alignment, advocacy, and execution.
• Apply program delivery, stakeholder engagement, and adoption expertise across Product Security Office initiatives, services, and portfolio priorities.
• Develop reusable frameworks, working practices, measures, and engagement approaches that strengthen organizational maturity and scalability.
• Translate lessons learned, stakeholder insights, and delivery outcomes into improvements that can be applied across the Product Security Office portfolio.
• Operate as a hands-on delivery partner responsible for project structure, coordination, follow-through, and transparent reporting.
• Work within the direction, priorities, and governance established by the program owner and applicable leadership stakeholders.
• Use practical project management methods and tools appropriate to the size, complexity, and maturity of the work.
• Communicate clearly, surface delivery concerns early, and bring forward actionable options rather than only identifying problems.
• Build reusable project artifacts and working practices where they improve execution, while keeping the primary focus on delivery of the assigned project.
• Drive initiatives toward measurable outcomes while supporting adoption, execution, organizational effectiveness, and long-term sustainability.

Requirements

• First level university degree or 5+ years of experience in project management, program management, or similar roles.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex cross-functional technology, cybersecurity, compliance, transformation, infrastructure, or enterprise initiatives from planning through execution.
• Demonstrates an in-depth understanding of project and program management methodologies, governance practices, and executive-level reporting.
• Ability to translate complex technical, business, or regulatory requirements into actionable plans, milestones, deliverables, and stakeholder commitments.
• Strong experience managing risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and stakeholder expectations across multiple teams and functions.
• Experience working directly with senior leaders, business stakeholders, technical teams, and subject matter experts.
• Experience developing implementation, readiness, stakeholder engagement, communications, or adoption activities that support successful program delivery.
• Strong understanding of service management principles including KPIs, SLAs, performance measurement, and operational effectiveness.
• Ability to quickly learn and operate within highly technical domains while coordinating technical experts and stakeholders.
• Excellent written, verbal, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project/program management certification (or on the certification path).
• Experience supporting cryptographic implementations and standards.
• Experience working with cryptographic libraries, module validations, cryptographic modernization efforts, or post-quantum cryptography initiatives.
• High-level understanding of cybersecurity, cryptography, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience in large, global enterprise environments.
• Experience with cybersecurity services, managed services, product security, regulatory compliance, or strategic technology programs.
• Experience scaling adoption of services, capabilities, or organizational initiatives.
• Experience managing stakeholder engagement across multiple business units, product organizations, or technical teams.
