Job description

• LendingHouse is seeking a highly proactive Realtor Partnership & Growth Manager to expand our network of real estate professionals and help drive business growth across the company.
• This is not a traditional operations or administrative position. The primary responsibility is to develop meaningful relationships with real estate agents, introduce them to LendingHouse and the Closer platform, and turn those connections into active, long-term partnerships.
• We are looking for someone who naturally takes initiative, enjoys meeting new people, follows up consistently, and does not need to be told what to do next. The right person will be actively creating opportunities every day—whether attending industry events, visiting brokerages, arranging meetings, developing partnership campaigns, or helping our sales and origination teams strengthen their Realtor relationships.

• New Realtor and brokerage relationships developed.

• Partners introduced to and activated through Closer.
• Consistent follow-up and relationship engagement.

• Documented outreach, activity, and progress toward established growth goals.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, teams, brokerages, and other approved industry partners throughout South Florida.
• Introduce real estate professionals to LendingHouse and the Closer platform.
• Prospect for new partnerships through in-person outreach, networking, phone calls, email, social media, events, and referrals.
• Spend a minimum of three days per week in the field meeting with agents, visiting brokerages, attending events, and developing new relationships.
• Plan and help execute Realtor events, property tours, networking opportunities, presentations, and other partnership-building activities.
• Represent LendingHouse and Closer at company-sponsored and industry events.
• Work alongside company sales and origination personnel to develop strategies for strengthening existing relationships and creating new ones.
• Help team members across the country plan outreach, marketing campaigns, events, and partnership-development activities.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective and existing partners.
• Track outreach, meetings, follow-ups, partnership activity, and results through company systems.
• Coordinate marketing materials and partnership resources with internal personnel.
• Assist with interviews, onboarding, scheduling, event preparation, and other administrative responsibilities when needed.
• Perform other reasonable duties that support company growth and the sales and origination teams.

Requirements

• Located in South Florida with the ability to travel locally throughout the market.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid and field-based environment.
• Available to attend company events, including occasional evening or weekend events.
• Highly proactive, self-directed, organized, and accountable.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, presentation, and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable initiating conversations and developing new business relationships.
• Able to manage multiple relationships and projects without constant supervision.
• Professional, polished, and confident when representing the company.
• Comfortable working with sales teams, loan officers, real estate agents, and company leadership.
• Experience in mortgage lending, real estate, title, business development, recruiting, hospitality, luxury sales, or relationship-based sales is preferred.
• Existing relationships within the South Florida real estate community are a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, social media, events, and digital marketing is preferred.
