Job description

Responsibilities
- Assist with drafting pleadings and discovery.
- Manage case files and electronic discovery, including document review and production.
- Prepare for depositions, hearings, and witness interviews.
- Conduct legal and factual research.
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel.
- Maintain accurate calendars, timekeeping, and perform other assigned tasks.
Requirements
- 3+ years of plaintiff litigation experience, employment litigation experience a plus.
- Proficiency in legal research tools, eDiscovery databases, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Willingness to work overtime and travel as needed (which is rarely).
