Requirements
- ✅ 15+ years experience in AI/ML, Data Engineering, or Cloud Architecture
- ✅ Hands-on with AWS AI/ML services: SageMaker, Bedrock, Glue, Redshift, Kinesis, Lambda, Lake Formation
- ✅ Proficient in Python, SQL & ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
- ✅ Experience with IaC: AWS CDK, Terraform, CloudFormation
- ✅ Deep understanding of ML algorithms, LLMs, embeddings, vector search, & model optimization
- ✅ Proven experience building production-grade MLOps pipelines
- Code review, mentoring, enforcing standards
- Consulting, customer advisory, and enterprise architecture experience
- Excellent communication with technical & executive stakeholders
- AWS Certifications (ML Specialty, Solutions Architect Professional)
- Experience with Generative AI, LLM fine-tuning, RAG architectures
- Industry-specific AI experience: Finance, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing
