We’re looking for an Inside Sales & Customer Success Representative who enjoys talking with people, building relationships, and helping customers find the right solutions for their lawns.
- This is a high energy, phone based sales role where you’ll spend your day connecting with homeowners through phone calls, text messages, and email. Your success is rewarded through a competitive base salary plus performance based commissions. You’ll follow up on leads, educate customers about our services, recommend solutions based on their lawn’s needs, and help grow relationships with both new and existing customers.

Responsibilities
- • Follow up with company generated leads and convert inquiries into new Lawn Doctor customers.
- • Contact existing customers through phone calls, text messages, and email to recommend additional services based on technician recommendations.
- • Execute monthly sales campaigns by reaching out to targeted customer lists and promoting featured Lawn Doctor services.
- • Educate homeowners on our residential lawn care services and recommend solutions that best fit their lawn’s needs.
- • Build trust with customers by providing professional recommendations and outstanding service.
- • Manage a high volume of customer interactions while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- • Document all customer communications and sales activity within our CRM.
- • Collaborate with the Operations and Customer Experience teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from sale to service.
Requirements
- • You genuinely enjoy talking with people and building relationships over the phone.
- • You’re confident asking for the sale while always putting the customer’s needs first.
- • You’re highly organized and able to manage multiple conversations and follow up tasks throughout the day.
- • You communicate professionally through phone calls, text messages, and email.
- • You have excellent attention to detail and follow through on commitments.
- • You enjoy working toward goals in a fast paced environment.
- • You are dependable, coachable, and enjoy being part of a collaborative team.
- • Previous experience in sales, customer service, account management, or a relationship focused role is preferred.
- • Experience using CRM software is a plus.
- • Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
