Responsibilities
- As a Customer Service Manager, you will visit job site locations to help troubleshoot day-of-installation problems, work ensure a smooth installation experience for the customer, and diagnose/resolve any customer concerns that might arise through service tickets.
- This is a salaried (exempt) position based out of Santa Clara, but this role will service the greater Santa Clara County area. Applicants must live in the South Bay.

Requirements
- Effective time management, organization, and multi-tasking skills
- A knowledge of floor covering installation and floor covering products
- Strong presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal

- At least a high school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to be covered under Company’s commercial auto policy
- Eligibility for HIS registration through CSLB
