Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to understand goals, preferences, and budget
• Develop and present thoughtful kitchen layouts, materials, and finish selections
• Guide clients through the full sales process from initial consultation to signed agreement
• Build trust-based relationships that result in confident decisions
• Maintain accurate documentation of designs, selections, and client communication
• Collaborate closely with design and installation teams to ensure a seamless client experience
• Stay current on kitchen trends, materials, and product offerings
• Represent Kitchen Tune-Up with professionalism in every interaction

Requirements

• Sales experience preferred, especially in home improvement, design, or a related field
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain ideas clearly and confidently
• Comfort working one-on-one with clients in their homes and in the showroom
• Interest in design, layout, and how people live in their spaces
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Tech comfortable with CRM systems and design software
• Motivated, energetic, and self-directed
• Collaborative and team-oriented
• Strong problem-solving skills when questions or challenges arise
