Responsibilities

• Flexibility is important to us, and while work hours are flexible, attending sales appointments on Saturdays may be required. To excel in this role, you will conduct the Kitchen Tune-Up and Bath Tune-Up sales process, conduct virtual/in-home consultations, make compelling presentations to homeowners, and demonstrate persistence in sales follow-up.

Requirements

• Your skills in negotiating and market positioning will contribute to your success, and your ability to take measurements and create neat diagrams is essential. Computer and smartphone proficiency is a must, as you'll need to navigate our systems efficiently. You'll generate outside leads and sales in addition to those provided by our lead-heavy office, further expanding your earning potential.
