- Signarama Fond du Lac is looking for a Customer Account Specialist / Front Office Administrator to join our growing, multi-location team.
- This position combines customer service, estimating, project coordination, and marketing support. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients and the communication hub that keeps projects moving smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Greet walk-in customers, answer phones, and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Prepare and deliver accurate sign and graphics estimates.
- Support outside sales staff with vendor quotes and purchasing for outsourced products.
- Coordinate project details with design, production, and installation teams.
- Manage permits, schedules, and customer communications throughout the project.
- Oversee quality control to ensure every job meets Signarama standards.
- Assist with marketing efforts including project photos, videos, and social media ideas.
- Maintain an organized, professional front office environment.
Requirements
- Customer service, estimating, purchasing, or project coordination experience (sign industry a plus).
- Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; willing to learn Signarama specific CRM and POS software programs.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction.
