Responsibilities

• Be the friendly first point of contact for customers in person, over the phone, and via email
• Answer questions, solve problems, and guide customers through their insurance needs
• Help process policy changes, payments, and service requests
• Follow up with customers to ensure they feel supported and taken care of
• Work alongside a supportive team that values collaboration and growth
