• We are seeking an experienced Manager Digital Project (Finance Transformation Manager - ITP) to join our COE-Accountable Reporting -Global Finance Services Division
• The preference for this role is to be based out of Whitefield, Bangalore-KA , India

Responsibilities

• As an integral part of the Continuous Improvement (CI) Center of Excellence, specifically focused on standardization, optimization and digitalization, the candidate will support the execution of our continuous improvement framework within the Global business service scope, with focus, but not exclusively, on the Invoice-to-Pay processes (ITP)
• Drive continuous improvement activities including mapping current and future process maps, driving corrective actions, and developing, tracking, and measuring qualitative and quantitative results.
• Drive a culture of innovation, simplification and continuous improvement through best practice sharing, advocacy, and hands-on leadership.
• Partner with senior leadership, understand business goals, analyze opportunities, and develop improvement plans for various workflows/systems and technologies.
• Build roadmaps that support the tactical execution of key continuous improvement initiatives across stakeholder teams.
• Ensure consistent application of continuous improvement tools, methodologies, and best practices to accelerate improvements at scale.
• Identifies and engage subject matter experts in support of multi-functional efforts in continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Preferred previous consultancy experience (2-3 years)/overall experience 6 to 10 years
• Knowledge of best practices in invoice processing, supplier inquiry & helpdesk design, remittance advice issuance, vendor inquiries and dispute management
• Knowledge and understanding of the mechanics in the ITP process stream and how these fit into the end-to-end financial process environment.

• This position requires candidate to work a 5-day -a -week schedule in the office.

• • Builds IT related templates for demand analysis and functional reports.
• • Monitors every step in an IT project to ensure all aspects of the project are delivered on-time.

• IT Standards, Procedures & Policies: Knowledge of Information Technology (IT) standards and policies; ability to utilize a variety of administrative skill sets and technical knowledge to manage organizational IT policies, standards, and procedures.
