Job description
- The Administrative Assistant supports daily office operations, customer service, and reporting in a fast-paced airport environment. This role coordinates work orders, airport badging, manages records, assists with HR onboarding and payroll, and ensures compliance with company policies. Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills are essential. Must be eligible for airport security clearance.
Responsibilities
- These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive, and other duties may be assigned.
- Oversee daily office operations as directed by the Site Manager.
- Upload, track, and report on invoicing and billing as directed by the Site Manager.
- Address basic HR-related inquiries and escalate concerns as needed.
- Assist with employee onboarding & orientation: support new hire paperwork, training coordination, and badging requirements.
- Review timecard hours, leave balances, and payroll for discrepancies; ensure compliance with company policies.
- Order necessary materials and supplies to maintain office operations.
- Order uniforms as necessary.
- Adhere to and ensure compliance with company policies, safety programs and required training.
- Perform other duties as assigned or needed.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License
- 1-3 years’ experience in an office environment with an emphasis in accounting, payroll, or other bookkeeping duties
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain a security badge for working in secure airport areas
- Flexibility to work day or night shift, including weekends and holidays as needed
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong planning, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities
- Previous experience in a customer service setting
- Experience in airport operations
- Knowledge of Work Order & Maintenance Management Systems used for tracking service requests and operational tasks.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to address customer concerns and operational challenges efficiently.
- Experience handling confidential information with discretion, particularly in payroll, timekeeping, and financial reporting.

- The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations.
