- As a Registered Nurse at Henry Ford Health, you will provide leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality, compassionate patient care. Utilizing the nursing process, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, ensuring patients and their families receive the support they need. Your role is vital in fostering effective communication within the healthcare team and driving solutions to meet patient goals.
Responsibilities

- Delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching for patients and their families.
- Communicate pertinent patient/family information to the healthcare team.
- Participate in finding and implementing solutions for variances from patient goals.
Requirements
- What You Will Need
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing.
- Health care provider certification (BCLS).
- Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities to formulate effective nursing care plans.
- Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services.
- Effective communication skills with patients, families, and hospital personnel.
- BSN preferred.
