Responsibilities

• Be the go-to expert for vehicle repairs, maintenance, and service recommendations
• Help customers navigate warranty issues and service options with confidence
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences both in-person and over the phone

Requirements

• 2+ years of service advisor experience preferred, but not required
• Strong multitasking and communication skills
• Customer-focused, positive attitude, and team player
• Computer savvy (CDK training provided if needed)
• High school diploma or higher
• Able to pass background checks and provide solid references
