Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality, non-medical in-home care while promoting safety, dignity, and independence.
• Personal Care (Bathing, Grooming, Dressing, Toileting)
• Companion Care and Emotional Support
• Meal Preparation and Light Housekeeping
• Medication Reminders
• Mobility and Transfer Assistance
• Transportation to Medical Appointments and Errands
• Dementia and Alzheimer's Care
• Fall Prevention and Safety Monitoring
• Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Communication with Family Members and Care Team
• Accurate Documentation of Client Care

Requirements

• Weekend availability is required.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), Personal Care Assistant (PCA), Direct Care Worker, or Caregiving experience preferred.
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional senior care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
• Reliable transportation.
• Valid Arizona Driver's License.
• Current Arizona Auto Insurance.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Current TB Test.
• Level One Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Social Security Card or Birth Certificate required for employment eligibility.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, healthcare professionals, and office staff.
