- We are seeking a Software Development Team Lead to guide a high-performing engineering team in delivering scalable, modern software solutions. In this role, you will provide technical direction, mentor developers, and foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement. You will coordinate cross-functional efforts, align architecture and implementation decisions with business goals, and ensure high-quality delivery through effective planning, code reviews, and hands-on leadership. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with exceptional communication and team-building skills, empowering engineers to do their best work while driving the team toward strategic objectives.

Responsibilities
- · Write backend services using the C/C++ and/or the Lua programming language.
- · Scope and estimate the development and testing effort for user stories.
- · Perform automated testing within an iterative agile environment.
- · Share knowledge with the team by participating in Code Reviews and Pair Programming.
- · Participate in all agile ceremonies (standups, planning, training, backlog refinement, reviews, retrospectives).
- · Accountable for delivering assigned development tasks and take ownership to deliver on time.
Requirements
- · Master’s degree in computer science, related software engineering discipline with 8-12 years of experience.
- · Detailed knowledge of computer programming. Data structures, algorithms, concurrent programming, elements of operating systems design, etc.
- · You are an advanced user of at least one modern operating system and can create application software for it. Your ability to create system software would be a distinct plus.
- · You are familiar with concepts such as networks, databases, servers, application protocols and information security, and you have successfully participated in software development involving at least some of that.
- · You are fluent in the C++ language and follow its evolution closely.
- · You are familiar with other programming (scripting) languages.
- · Open minded, able to think within and out of the box.
- · Fluent English required.
