Responsibilities

• MRC is recruiting for a part-time AP Specialist. In this role, you will:
• Process invoices to verify accuracy and obtain payment authorization
• Communicating with vendors to answer questions, clarify terms and resolve issues
• Reconciling accounts to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy
• Provide excellent customer service to MRC communities.

Requirements

• Has three+ years of accounts payable experience, healthcare experience preferred.
• Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
• Thrives on getting the details right.
• Communicates clearly and openly.
• Always looks for ways to improve.
