• As the Associate Marketing Manager- Shopper Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in unlocking growth by planning and executing PepsiCo Foods Canada (PFC) holistic omnichannel shopper strategy.
• By closely partnering across Brand, Customer teams and Retail partners, you will get to work with strategic Large and Small Format customers, for both Quaker & Frito portfolios. Building strong relationships is integral to this role, so you’ve got to love people too! This is a key role within the Shopper marketing team and will give you exposure to many aspects of PFC.

• Total Compensation: $75,300 - $122,760

Responsibilities

• A change leader and influencer, this person will build omni-channel strategic programming to drive growth with our largest customers. They will help set the agenda and ensure strength of execution to deliver both short-term and long-term results.
• Develop account specific programs and lead execution of custom retail media plans & e-grocery strategies for key strategic retail partners.
• Partner and collaborate with PepsiCo Beverages Canada, US and Global Shopper teams to ensure shared best practices, resources and expertise on programing, tools, and strategy.
• Support marketing integration in business planning process (Discovery, Big Bets, Growth Summits).
• Management of Shopper marketing budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2+ years marketing experience.
• Demonstrated ability to build growth plans through superior consumer marketing.
• Forward Thinking - Develops and collaboratively links key strategies and priorities to drive growth.
• Results - Develops and advocates for creative ideas, concepts and approaches that deliver quality results with urgency.
• Collaboration - Brings different groups together to identify and align around common goals and gain commitment to deliver superior results that could not be achieved alone.
• Analytical skills– ability to leverage shopper insights and familiarity with Nielsen tools an asset.
