Job description

• We are looking for a detail-oriented real estate paralegal. As part of the real estate team, you will be handling all aspects of real estate transactions, from initial contract through closing.

Responsibilities

• Assessing and preparing contracts, calendaring deadlines, and managing the file through and after closing.
• Facilitating communication with clients, real estate agents and other law offices.
• Conducting occasional research and distributing real estate documents.
• Analyzing title documents and legal descriptions of property, when necessary.
• Answering client questions and escalating serious concerns.
• Preparing and submitting accurate legal documents in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in paralegal studies, or similar, preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years' experience as a real estate paralegal.
• Extensive knowledge of real estate documents.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Superb organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
