• Join Advantixx Insurance as an Insurance Sales Representative in Henderson and build a career helping customers protect what matters most.
• Develop new personal-lines business through prompt lead follow-up, consultative conversations, accurate quoting support, and disciplined pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• • Contact inbound and outbound prospects by phone, text, email, and approved digital channels.
• • Discover customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions within licensing authority.
• • Prepare quotes, explain coverage options, overcome objections, and close new business.
• • Maintain accurate CRM activity, follow-up tasks, and sales forecasts.
• • Generate referrals and cross-sell eligible products while delivering a professional customer experience.

Requirements

• • Sales, customer service, banking, real estate, automotive, or insurance experience is helpful.
• • Strong communication, resilience, organization, and goal ownership.
• • Active Nevada P&C license is preferred; candidates able to obtain licensing may be considered.
• • Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
