Job description

• Manage customer relationships after the sale, resolve service needs, support retention, and identify appropriate coverage conversations for licensed team members.

Responsibilities

• • Respond promptly to calls, emails, billing questions, policy changes, and documentation requests.
• • Coordinate claims guidance, renewal reviews, and customer follow-up.
• • Maintain accurate notes and tasks in agency systems.
• • Support retention, referrals, cross-selling, and account rounding within licensing rules.
• • Work closely with producers and carriers to deliver an excellent customer experience.

Requirements

• • Strong customer service, organization, accuracy, and communication skills.
• • Insurance agency or financial-services experience is preferred.
• • Active Nevada P&C license is preferred; qualified candidates willing to obtain licensing may be considered.
• • Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
