Job description

• Support agency growth through campaign execution, lead research, outbound outreach, appointment setting, referral development, and accurate CRM tracking.

Responsibilities

• • Research and contact prospective customers using approved phone, email, text, digital, and community channels.
• • Qualify interest, document needs, and schedule appointments for licensed producers.
• • Maintain clean lead records, follow-up cadences, source tracking, and campaign reporting.
• • Support social media, local events, referral partnerships, and customer outreach.
• • Test messaging and improve lead-to-appointment conversion with agency leadership.
• • Do not quote, advise on, negotiate, bind, or sell insurance unless properly licensed and authorized.

Requirements

• • Marketing, appointment setting, inside sales, customer service, or community-outreach experience is helpful.
• • Clear communication, persistence, organization, and comfort using CRM tools.
• • Insurance license is not required for non-licensed lead-generation duties; willingness to pursue licensing is a plus.
• • Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
