• Our Service Department located in El Cajon has an opening for a BDC Service Representative.

Responsibilities

• Promptly and professionally answer multiple inbound calls with the goal to provide an exceptional client experience and schedule a solid and specific service reservation with the service team.
• Provide clients with information pertaining to current service offerings.
• Proactively contacting clients to remind them of scheduled reservations, rescheduling missed reservations, and politely reminding clients of due & overdue services.
• Keep current with service specials, all direct mail pieces, and recall notices from the manufacturer.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous customer service or call center experience or equivalent education and experience.
• Professional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Organization and attention to detail.
• Must be able to work flexible hours and days, including some weekends.
