Job description

• We see this position as the engine that keeps our organization running smoothly and effectively. As such, we're seeking an individual with a strong team mindset to help us meet our internal, operational needs so our consultants can deliver exceptional services to clients. This includes invoicing, bookkeeping, payroll processing, website maintenance, arranging travel, compiling and analyzing data and reports, and responding to a broad range of administrative demands. A successful individual will illustrate exceptional attention to detail, dedication to excellence and commitment to serving the team and our client base.
• This is an overtime eligible position paid $25-$30 per hour, with an estimated workload of 30-40 hours per week. This position will require working about half-time in our Albuquerque office; the remaining time can be worked remotely.
• What Success Looks Like

Responsibilities

• Invoicing, bookkeeping, payroll processing, website maintenance, arranging travel, compiling and analyzing data and reports, and responding to a broad range of administrative demands.

Requirements

• High school degree or GED and five (5) years of job-related experience in operations, bookkeeping, and/or administrative support. Experience in a small business setting is ideal.
• Ability to perform work independently, prioritize workloads and meet deadlines in a primarily remote environment.
• Strong team orientation with a demonstrated ability to identify opportunities to support team members in accomplishing tasks.
• Open and collaborative communication style.
• Demonstrated skill in managing administrative details with a high degree of quality.
• Ability to review reports and datasets for accuracy, consistency and grammatical correctness with a strong eye for detail.
• Illustrated customer service experience and the ability to represent the organization with the utmost professionalism.
• Experience adapting to shifting priorities, timelines and deadlines.
• Commitment to delivering the highest level of quality service to our clients and to contributing to a cohesive, collaborative team.
• Demonstrated knowledge in bookkeeping, invoicing, payroll processing, and other operational and administrative support functions.
• Ability to navigate and utilize databases, accounting systems (i.e., Sage 50) and Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access to enter, process, and verify data.
