- Join a thriving team at The Palmer, a premier apartment community in Knoxville! We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Community Manager who’s ready to lead, grow, and make a lasting impact. If you’re passionate about resident satisfaction, team leadership, and property performance, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Maximize occupancy and maintain strong financial performance
- Lead daily operations, resident relations, and staff development
- Ensure compliance with housing and safety regulations
- Manage maintenance coordination and vendor oversight
- Generate timely reports and oversee property inspections
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in multi-family property management
- Strong leadership skills to motivate and manage leasing and maintenance teams
- Excellent communication and resident service abilities
- Bilingual a plus but not required
- Proven success in collections, occupancy goals, and budgeting
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); Entrata experience a plus
- Detail-oriented and highly organized in a fast-paced setting
