Job description

• JANUS Research Group is seeking an Operations Specialist at Buckley Space Force Base to support the Future Operationally Resilient Ground Evolution (FORGE) Lead Integration, Test, and Evaluation with 24/7 Operational Support (FLITE+) program. This role supports system design, engineering and integration, engineering services, information technology professional services, and continuous operational support, all focused on advancing methods that increase the speed and reliability with which the Government delivers software and hardware to operational environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 mission system monitoring and sustainment;
• System operations and maintenance support;
• Anomaly detection and troubleshooting;
• Configuration implementation in live environments;
• Coordination with engineering and integration teams;
• Documentation of operational activities;
• Support to continuous mission readiness.

Requirements

• Candidates must have an active TS/SCI clearance and verify, before applying, that you meet the minimum requirements of the position.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, engineering, or related technical discipline and 4 years relevant operational experience in mission-critical environments;
• Experience supporting computer systems and networked architectures;
• Demonstrated ability to support continuous 24/7 operations;
• Ability to operate in a TS/SCI classified environment.
