Brand Manager - Dog at Wellness Pet Company NL in Burlington, MA

Responsibilities

• As the Brand Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth of one of Wellness Pet’s most exciting businesses. You will translate insights into strategies, lead cross-functional projects, and deliver initiatives that drive growth for the portfolio. You’ll act as the connective tissue between consumer insights, innovation, sales, and integrated marketing to ensure we build a brand pet parents love and retailers support. In this role, you will:
• Establish and maintain a deep, working-level knowledge of our consumer, category, brand, and products.
• Analyze brand, product, promotional, and category performance identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional Innovation and Renovation projects from concept through commercialization and launch.
• Develop and execute annual brand plans that include new product launches, promotional plans, merchandising, and distribution opportunities.
• Utilize your data insights and market observations to identify new opportunity areas for the Treats business, driving thoughtful discussions to test, learn, and grow.
• Be a key contributor to the management and growth objectives of the Wellness Pet business.

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred or equivalent experience
• 3–5 years of CPG Brand Management experience
• Proven analytical skills and a strategic mindset
• Proficient in Nielsen or IRI
• Strong creative eye and experience in packaging and marketing asset creation
• Experience and proven ability to lead, influence, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Track-record of always demonstrating grace and a positive (yet pragmatic) attitude towards challenges and opportunities

Benefits

• The annual salary range for this position is $118,900 to $175,900, based on a full-time work schedule, anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational equity. Compensation may vary within that pay range depending on the selected candidate’s professional background, experience, operational needs, and other considerations permitted by law. The full compensation details will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer and may include eligibility for participation in a bonus program.
