- Note: Must have a Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate and 5+ years of commercial real estate paralegal experience. Strong experience with title and survey review, due diligence, entity formation, and closing coordination is required.

This is a hands-on role where your work directly helps attorneys and clients successfully move complex transactions from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Manage commercial real estate transactions from initial opening through closing and post-closing.
- Prepare and maintain deal files, transaction checklists, closing documents, and related records.
- Draft and revise transaction documents, correspondence, and organizational documents.
- Coordinate and review due diligence materials, including title commitments, surveys, zoning reports, and related documentation.
- Prepare signature packages, closing binders, and post-closing deliverables.
- Coordinate with clients, attorneys, title companies, lenders, and other transaction professionals.
- Prepare closing statements and assist with escrow-style closings.
- Maintain accurate time entries and transaction records.
- Track multiple transactions, deadlines, and deliverables to keep deals moving efficiently.
- Travel locally as needed for client meetings and closings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate.
- 5+ years of commercial real estate paralegal experience, preferably in a law firm environment.
- Experience with commercial real estate transactions, title and survey review, due diligence, entity formation, and closing coordination.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Kofax.
- Strong organization, communication, time management, and attention to detail.
- Ability to independently manage multiple transactions and competing deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Notary Public designation or willingness to obtain one is preferred.
- Experience obtaining EINs and preparing related IRS forms is a plus.
- Willingness to work occasional overtime, evenings, or weekends when transaction needs require it.
