• Our Store Operations and Facilities & Construction teams are the heartbeat of our business, ensuring that our brands and retail footprint deliver exceptional experiences and environments to millions of customers daily. We are hiring for a high-performing, hyper-organized, proactive, and collaborative Regional Executive Assistant to serve as a vital corporate anchor from our Plano TX headquarters (Hybrid: 4 days on-site / 1 day remote).
• As the Regional Executive Assistant, you will be more than support—you will be a trusted partner to the executive leaders you support - RVP, VP, and Senior Director. Operating in a high-visibility role, you will manage complex schedules, coordinate travel, administer store performance reporting, support business planning activities, and drive regional communication across districts. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and success of our store network and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Calendar Architecture: Proactively manage complex executive and regional calendars across time-zones; anticipate and resolve scheduling conflicts before they arise.
• Daily Agenda Coordination: Compile daily executive agendas, travel routes, and critical meeting documents into a consolidated daily PDF brief, ensuring RVP leadership is fully prepared and informed.
• Corporate HQ Anchor: Serve as the professional gateway and physical representative for the Store Operations and Facilities & Construction Services executives, handling inquiries, correspondence, and escalations with absolute discretion and clout.
• Reporting Pipeline Management: Act as the central point of contact for our 12 District Managers (DMs) across the region. Coordinate, collect, and track weekly and quarterly operational reports.
• Urgent & Assertive Follow-up: Monitor departmental and regional deadlines, proactively following up with field leaders and district teams to ensure deliverables are received on time—acting with the professional authority needed to keep projects moving.
• Effective Communication: Draft regional announcements and corporate updates to be distributed to store leaders and other stkeholders, ensuring clear and consistent brand alignment.
• Dynamic Travel Planning: Arrange detailed, fluid domestic travel itineraries (flights, hotel blocks, ground transportation) via Concur for executives on the move.
• Facilities & Construction Support: Provide administrative tracking for store consutruction timelines, vendor contracts, facilities expenses, and budgets.
• Data Compilation: Leverage PowerPoint and Excel data to build high-quality regional performance decks, district review presentations, and business intelligence reports.
• Action-Item Management: Monitor departmental deadlines and track key deliverables to ensure team goals are met on time.

Requirements

• Experience & Education
• 5+ years of progressive experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Office Manager, preferably within a fast-paced corporate environment (retail, apparel, or consumer goods is a strong plus).
• Technical Skills
• MS Office Proficiency: Proficient capability in Outlook, Excel (data compilation, sorting, basic formulas), Word, PowerPoint, MS Teams, and SharePoint.
• Logistics Expertise: Solid experience managing multi-leg travel plans and corporate expense reporting platforms (Concur).
