- As the Studio Sales Manager, you will be the driving force behind the studio’s sales growth, team culture, operational excellence, and overall profitability. You’ll lead from the front, develop your team, and create an environment where both members and staff thrive.

Responsibilities
- As the Sales Manager, you will own the performance and experience of the studio.
- Business Leadership
- Drive revenue, membership growth, and studio profitability
- Manage payroll, expenses, and operational KPIs
- Oversee daily operations and maintain brand excellence
- Sales & Membership Growth
- Lead the studio’s sales strategy and performance
- Coach and develop the sales team to exceed targets
- Build strong community relationships and local partnerships
- Team Development
- Recruit, train, and mentor Sales Associates and Coaches
- Lead weekly team meetings and monthly performance reviews
- Create a positive, accountable, and results-driven culture
- Studio Operations
- Ensure the studio environment is clean, welcoming, and high-energy
- Maintain equipment, inventory, and operational systems
- Execute corporate initiatives and marketing campaigns
- Community Building
- Plan studio events, partnerships, and promotions
- Create a strong community around the brand
Requirements
- We’re seeking a motivated operator and leader, not just a manager.
- 2+ years of leadership experience in boutique fitness, hospitality, or sales-driven environments
- Proven track record of driving revenue and managing performance metrics
- Experience leading teams and building strong workplace culture
- Strong sales mindset and ability to coach others to success
- Comfortable managing operations for a $600K+ revenue business
- A natural leader who motivates others
