Job description
- Fleur Pet Hospital is a locally owned, full-service veterinary clinic dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care for pets and peace of mind for their families. Our team values kindness, respect, and teamwork. We treat each pet as our own and every client as a valued partner in their pet's health. We're looking for a friendly, dependable Receptionist to join our front desk team. If you love animals, enjoy helping people, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, this might be the perfect fit.
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage client communications
- Process payments, maintain accurate records, and assist with billing inquiries
- Ensure the lobby and reception area are clean, welcoming, and organized
- Order and record inventory of prescription diets
- Support the veterinary team with client follow-ups and daily administrative tasks
Requirements
- Experience in veterinary reception
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Comfort working with computers, phone systems, and scheduling software
- Ability to stay calm and helpful during busy times
- A love for animals and a desire to support their care
