Responsibilities

• Plan content strategies aligned with client goals
• Design graphics and visual templates
• Edit short-form video content for Reels, TikTok, Shorts
• Monitor trends and adjust strategies accordingly
• Provide performance reports and adjust based on insights

Requirements

• Create and publish 35 posts per week
• Actively engage with followers; respond to comments and DMs within 24 hours
• Submit monthly reports on reach, engagement, and audience growth
• Use design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator
• Edit videos using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut
• 2+ years of experience in social media management, design, and editing
• Platforms: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter
• (Preferred) Manage paid ad campaigns and analyze ROI
