• Bookkeeper / Office Manager | Kentwood, MI
• Salary Range: $49,000 - $76,000 depending on experience

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions.
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
• Manage payroll processing, including tax filings and employee benefits administration.
• Maintain organized physical and digital financial records for audit preparedness.
• Oversee general office operations, including supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor relations.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, preparing financial reports as needed.
• Coordinate HR-related tasks, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel files.

Requirements

• Proven experience with general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise or similar ERP system.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal and external correspondence.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
