- We are seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Business Development Manager to support market development in the senior care space. This role is designed for an early-stage growth environment and combines business development, field outreach, channel building, and market feedback collection.
- The ideal candidate is comfortable speaking with senior care providers, building relationships through phone and in-person outreach, identifying qualified opportunities, and reporting market feedback in a structured way. This is a hands-on role for someone who can operate independently, learn quickly, and help validate go-to-market opportunities in the DFW market.

- Other senior-focused referral channels

- Introduce partner products and services to prospective channels and identify early-stage business opportunities
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer needs, current practices, and adoption barriers

Requirements
- Required
- Minimum of TEN years of sales experience working with healthcare institutions and senior care providers.

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust quickly
- Organized, responsive, and able to manage follow-up consistently
- Able to work independently in a field-based role

- Demonstrated experience negotiating with health plans, payers, and Managed Care Organizations (MCOs) and successfully securing enterprise-level, network-wide, or comprehensive agreements for healthcare, senior care, or medical products and services.
