- Summary/Primary Purpose: Provide administrative staff support to the Durham Booth Manor.
Responsibilities
- Complete Durham Booth Manor business office filing and file maintenance.
- Complete date entry for work orders, surveys, reports, etc.
- Deliver mail, paperwork and funds to Heritage Place.
- Assist in annual unit inspections and monthly pest control.
- Assist in collection of data and maintenance for HUD files.
- Assist in application process.
- Assist in TRACS/EIV reporting measures.
- Assist in Quality Assurance of HUD files.
- Assist in the reporting requirements for TSA, HUD and DBM internal requirements.
- Rent Collecting and tracking
- Serve as a backup for HUD reports/data entry.
- All other duties as assigned.

Requirements
- Education and/or Experience: High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required. One to three years of administrative or secretarial experience preferred.
- Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the minimal knowledge, skill, and/or ability required for this position.
- Ability to be flexible and able to work on multiple projects or tasks simultaneously
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft software to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access. As well as the ability to access payroll, timekeeping and personal data via a web-based system.
- Administrative skills to include utilization of standard office equipment, data entry, 10-key, attention to details and filing.
- Good communication skills both written and spoken, and ability to maintain effective working relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential matters.
- Other Qualifications: Must pass all applicable background checks. Must successfully complete Safe from Harm training within 90 days of hire, as established by The Salvation Army.
