- Seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Project Manager with 10+ years of IT experience and 5+ years managing Salesforce implementation and transformation programs.
Responsibilities
- Managing Salesforce implementation and transformation programs
- Managing end-to-end delivery, including planning, estimation, resources, governance, deployment, and hypercare
- Managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and stakeholders
- Leading Agile teams and facilitating sprint planning, stand-ups, demos, retrospectives, and release planning
- Leading cross-functional teams including BAs, Developers, Architects, QA, DevOps, and vendors
- Ensuring quality governance, testing, release management, and production readiness
Requirements
- 5+ years managing Salesforce projects, with strong experience in Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Sales Cloud; Automotive Cloud preferred.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end delivery, including planning, estimation, resources, governance, deployment, and hypercare.
- Strong expertise in managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and stakeholders.
- Experience leading Agile teams and facilitating sprint planning, stand-ups, demos, retrospectives, and release planning.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Platform, Apex, LWC, Security Model, integrations, data migration, and solution architecture.
- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools such as Copado and Git.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams including BAs, Developers, Architects, QA, DevOps, and vendors.
- Strong experience in quality governance, testing, release management, and production readiness.
- Excellent client-facing, executive communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, Hybrid, and Waterfall methodologies.
