• We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Retail Banker to join our team. As the face of the bank, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to both retail and commercial customers while supporting a variety of deposit, withdrawal, and account servicing transactions.
• The ideal candidate is committed to building strong customer relationships, providing personalized banking solutions, and ensuring operational excellence within the branch.

Responsibilities

• Process daily transactions and operational tasks to support branch efficiency and accuracy.
• Balance and maintain ATM, cash dispenser/recycler, and vault operations as assigned.
• Debit card issuance and replacement
• PIN resets
• Dispute intake
• Stop payments
• Address changes
• Check orders
• Other account maintenance requests
• Support customers with online and mobile banking services, including login assistance, password resets, and troubleshooting.
• Deliver exceptional service to customers by identifying needs, resolving issues, and connecting customers with the appropriate banking specialists when needed.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the bank's products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Mentor and support new team members through leadership, training, and collaboration.
• Contribute to a positive branch culture focused on customer satisfaction and teamwork.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Branch Leadership.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of Retail Banker experience
• Cash handling experience
• Customer service experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Problem-solving skills and initiative
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
