• Join our Team as a Customer Account Analyst Co-Op!
• We’re seeking a motivated Co-Op to join our team this 2026/2027 school year with the possibility to move into a full-time position during school breaks! This co-op offers a wide range hands-on experience in engineering, sales, product and program management, where you’ll work on meaningful projects and gain insight into new technologies and our largest accounts. You’ll collaborate with the numerous cross functional teams, as well as mentors and leadership, building skills that will help launch your career!

Responsibilities

• Utilize artificial intelligence (AI) to gather key data and trends
• Summarize information, prepare reports, and distribute insight and analysis to both internal partners and external contacts / customers
• Manage and lead key aspects of real customer oriented projects
• Collaborate with the most well known customers in the world in highly cross-functional environment
• Build and own key content for senior leadership on meaningful projects.

Requirements

• Degree Programs: Business, Engineering, Statistics, Management, finance, Economics, Mathematics, and Actuarial sciences
• Academic Year: Undergraduate or Graduate
• GPA Requirement: 2.0 (out of a 4 scale)
• Availability Requirement: Part-time during School year and Full-time during summer.
• Be able to use Microsoft suite products (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook and PowerPoint), and Artificial Intelligence products
• Strong oral/written communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges
• Experience in customer facing positions

• Wage - $20.00 - $30.00+ per hour. Compensation depends on the selected candidate’s education and experience.
