• Position: Remote Executive Assistant
• We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote Executive Assistant to join our team. As a Remote Executive Assistant, you will support our executive team with a variety of administrative tasks, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.

Responsibilities

• - Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling and coordinating meetings, conference calls, and appointments
• - Arrange travel accommodations and itineraries for executives
• - Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations
• - Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
• - Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail
• - Conduct research and gather information as needed
• - Assist with special projects and events as assigned
• - Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Requirements

• - High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
• - Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role
• - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• - Strong organizational and time-management skills
• - Proficient in Microsoft Office and G Suite
• - Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• - Experience working remotely is a plus
