• We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented HR Administration Specialist to support our Chief of Staff, HR, and Talent Acquisition teams across a wide range of HR and recruitment operations. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring our people processes run smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with Bizmonis' business goals. You will be responsible for day-to-day administrative support related to recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and employee experience, while also helping to maintain accuracy, consistency, and operational excellence across our HR systems and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Chief of Staff in HR and recruitment-related tasks
• Coordinate scheduling and communications with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Support the onboarding and offboarding processes, including document preparation and system updates
• Maintain accurate data in internal HR records, ATS, and CRM tools
• Assist in preparing recruitment status updates, HR reports, and documentation for leadership
• Liaise with candidates, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure seamless operations
• Help drive internal process improvements and support team-wide HR initiatives and projects
• Conduct research and benchmarking on HR tools, policies, and operational enhancements

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in HR administration, recruitment coordination,
• or a related field
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency
• Strong communication skills and high attention to details
• Tech-savvy and experienced with digital tools, including ATS, CRM, and Microsoft Workspace
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a drive for continuous improvement
• Strong sense of discretion and ability to handle confidential information professionally
• Experience working in a fast-paced or startup environment is a plus
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in Portuguese or Spanish is a strong advantage.

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Portuguese; Spanish is nice to have.
