- This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with people, providing excellent customer service, and helping customers take the next step in their vehicle-shopping experience.
- No automotive experience? No problem.
- We're looking for people with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. We'll provide the training and tools you need to succeed.

Responsibilities
- As a Business Development Representative, you'll help customers connect with our dealership and sales team.
- Respond to customers who contact the dealership
- Connect with customers by phone, text, and email
- Assist customers with basic questions
- Schedule showroom appointments
- Confirm upcoming appointments
- Follow up with customers who have previously expressed interest
- Reconnect with customers who may still be considering a vehicle
- Reach out to customers approaching the end of their vehicle lease
- Update customer information and notes in our system
- Keep track of customer follow-up
- Communicate appointment information to our sales team
- Help create a friendly and professional customer experience
- Your job isn't to sell the vehicle.
- Your role is to start the conversation, provide a great experience, and help customers schedule a convenient time to visit the dealership.
