- We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team in supporting HQ IMCOM with real property asset management.
- This role supports data standardization, reconciliation, dashboard population, and metrics reporting for the real property portfolio.
Responsibilities
- • Build and maintain spreadsheets extracting and organizing GFEBS data for financial analysis of acquisitions, space utilization, acquisition type, asset configuration and allocation, and user status.
- • Populate and support inventory metric dashboards.
- • Support quarterly data gap reconciliations.
- • Provide real-time data support in the form of spreadsheets and reports.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or Business Administration. Relevant experience may be substituted for the degree on a year-for-year basis, in addition to the minimum experience below.
- 2+ years of professional experience performing data analytics, preferably supporting financial or asset management functions.
- Clearance: No security clearance required; all work is performed at the Unclassified level. Requires favorably adjudicated NACI (or higher) for Common Access Card issuance, Army Account Verification System registration.
- GFEBS data extraction.
- Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or similar certification.
- Advanced Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Experience reconciling large data sets across source systems.
