Job description

• The Performance Marketing Conversion Specialist is responsible for developing high-converting digital advertising creative and landing page experiences that drive inquiries, leads, and admissions. This role combines copywriting, creative development, conversion rate optimization, landing page design, and campaign support to improve marketing performance across paid social, PPC, email, and other acquisition channels.
• The ideal candidate is equal parts marketer, copywriter, and conversion strategist, with a strong understanding of digital user behavior and lead generation best practices, who excels in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Advertising Creative Development
• Create compelling advertising concepts aligned with target audiences, service lines, and marketing objectives.
• Develop ad copy for Meta and other digital channels.
• Produce variations of headlines, primary text, calls-to-action, and creative messaging for testing.
• Translate strategic campaign goals into effective creative assets.
• Landing Page Development
• Create and maintain landing pages designed to maximize conversions.
• Develop persuasive page copy, content structure, and messaging frameworks.
• Build conversion-focused user experiences that support campaign objectives.
• Ensure landing pages are optimized for mobile and desktop users.
• Implement best practices for lead generation forms, calls-to-action, and conversion paths.

Requirements

• Required
• 2-5+ years of experience creating digital advertising content and landing pages.
• Strong copywriting and content development skills.
• Understanding of lead generation and conversion funnels.
• Experience with landing page builders, CMS platforms, or website content management systems.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization principles.
• Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
• Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or Figma.
• 1-2 years experience working with CMS platforms, WordPress preferred.
• Healthcare, behavioral health, or consumer services marketing experience.
• Experience writing conversion-focused sales copy.
• Familiarity with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and GA4.
• Experience with conversion optimization tools such as Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, or similar platforms.
• Basic understanding of SEO and local search best practices.
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
