Operations Manager at Publicis Groupe in US-AL-Birmingham

Responsibilities

• Review employee expense reimbursement requests for accuracy, completeness, and travel policy compliance; follow up to resolve missing or corrected documentation.
• Provide responsive T&E support by communicating clearly and professionally on policy-related questions.
• Perform AMEX corporate airfare reconciliations and follow up on discrepancies as needed.
• Facilitate cost transfers in the financial system as needed, ensuring transactions are processed accurately and timely.
• Maintain accurate agency vendor records and support vendor setup updates as needed.
• Create agency purchase orders and support vendor invoice approvals in accordance with internal processes.
• Support PO accrual submissions for agency-related costs
• Assist with Altair expense and time system troubleshooting, escalating issues as appropriate.

Requirements

• Education/Experience
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required; four years of relevant experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-service mindset.
• Excellent organization, prioritization, follow-through, and attention to detail in a high-volume environment.
• Accurate data entry, reporting, and general math proficiency.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with ability to quickly learn new systems.
• Experience with SAP Software would be beneficial

• Compensation Range: USD $50,065.00 - USD $63,200.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
