• Hand and Stone is seeking for a part-time Spa Associate. You are a critical link in ensuring that our customers' experience in our spa is nothing other than OUTSTANDING! Looking to fill 1 opening shift and 3 mid-shifts (Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday).

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming experience for all members and guests.
• Check in/out guests professionally and efficiently.
• Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, and assist with appointment changes and cancellations.
• Sell memberships, gift cards, upgrades, and retail products.
• Educate guests on services, promotions, and membership benefits.
• Maintain accurate and detailed client files, forms, and notes.
• Process payments and transactions accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and lobby.
• Communicate effectively with service providers and management.
• Complete general spa tasks during downtime, including laundry, restocking, cleaning, and organization.
• Maintain a positive, energetic, and professional attitude.
• Be dependable, punctual, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
