Job description

Responsibilities

• Maintain a comprehensive inventory of all PSDM projects and strategic initiatives.
• Develop and maintain an integrated project roadmap for the PSDM organization.
• Support project prioritization in collaboration with the manager and key stakeholders.
• Monitor project interdependencies, risks, and resource constraints across the portfolio.
• Develop and maintain project charters, ensuring scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria are clearly defined.
• Create and manage project schedules and implementation plans.
• Establish key milestones and monitor progress against planned timelines.
• Implement and maintain project management tools, dashboards, and tracking mechanisms.
• Conduct regular project reviews with project owners and stakeholders.
• Track progress and ensure action items are completed as planned.
• Identify schedule deviations, risks, and obstacles that could impact project delivery.
• Coordinate mitigation plans and corrective actions to maintain project momentum.
• Prepare and lead a weekly Project Governance Review with management.
• Develop project status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
• Present project progress, key risks, issues, required decisions, and upcoming milestones to the manager.
• Ensure effective communication among all project stakeholders.
• Recommend and implement project management best practices, tools, and methodologies.
• Support PSDM transformation, standardization, and process improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to the development of a sustainable project governance framework within the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 12-18 months experience in project management, and project coordination
• Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Power BI is an asset.
• Experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or manufacturing environments is an asset.
• PMP, CAPM, or other project management certifications are considered an asset.
