Overview
Work on the night shift from Monday to Friday. Plan and supervise the activities and management of a team of approximately 25 unionized employees. Be responsible for the operational processes of your sector by achieving and monitoring the production objectives.

- Plan and supervise the activities and management of a team of approximately 25 unionized employees.
- Be responsible for the operational processes of your sector by achieving and monitoring the production objectives.
- Plan the daily operations of his sector and follow up on them.
- Report and analyze various indicators related to productivity, quality, health and safety, absenteeism, etc.
- Resolve problems in an efficient and timely manner.
- Maintain communication with other departments for any issue related to his sector.
- Ensure continuous improvement through the use of operational excellence concepts and the problem solving process.
- Ensure the training of its employees, evaluate their performance and their progress.
- Promote a work environment based on teamwork and open communication.
Requirements
- You have a college or university degree in aeronautics, engineering, operations management or a related field.
- You have at least five (5) years of experience in a supervisory role in a unionized manufacturing environment.
- You have strong planning and organizational skills to ensure results are achieved.
- You demonstrate managerial courage when managing personnel.
- You are available, flexible and motivated by a stimulating and changing environment.
- You have excellent communication and leadership skills.
- You are bilingual.
