Job description

• Enterprise Solutions and Management (ESM) is a rapidly growing government contractor that provides strategic IT services that meet mission needs for Defense and Federal customers. We are hiring a Task Order Project Manager to support an enterprise-level program within a federal environment.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the project manager for large, complex task orders and shall assist the Program Manager in working with the Government Contracting Officer (KO), Contracting Officer Representative (COR), the task order level Task Order Managers, Government management personnel and customer agency representatives. Under the guidance of the Program Manager, responsible for the overall management of the specific task order(s) and ensuring that the technical solutions and schedules in the task order are implemented in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Ability to plan, manage, and oversee task orders, ensuring requirements, deliverables, schedules, and technical solutions are executed effectively and on time.
• Skill in coordinating with Contracting Officers, CORs, program leadership, Government personnel, and customer agency representatives.
• Ability to understand and oversee the implementation of technical solutions while ensuring alignment with task order requirements and objectives.
• Skill in monitoring task order progress, identifying risks and issues, and implementing corrective actions to maintain schedule and performance commitments.
• Ability to communicate effectively, facilitate collaboration across Government and contractor teams, and support informed decision-making and successful task order execution.
• Five (5) years of project management or related experience, with progressively increasing responsibility in the public and/or private sector, particularly in IT and/or consulting.
• Five (5) years of leadership experience, with progressively increasing responsibility in the public and/or private sector, particularly in IT and/or consulting..
• Must hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Computer Science or
• other relevant field of study
• PMP or equivalent certification

• Candidate must communicate effectively with team members, team lead, management, and government customers
• Must have the ability and desire to research and develop creative solutions to unique problems with minimal supervision
