• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care (PPEC)
• Port Saint Lucie, FL
• Pay Range: $25-$28/hr
• Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide care for medically fragile children in one of our Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care (PPEC) centers.
• This role is ideal for nurses who are passionate about pediatric care and want to make a meaningful impact in a supportive clinical environment. Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to medically fragile children in a PPEC setting
• Perform patient assessments and ongoing evaluations
• Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies
• Coordinate care with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Promote health, wellness, and developmental progress
• Educate and support caregivers and family members
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Ensure compliance with all clinical, regulatory, and safety standards

Requirements

• Active Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license (FL)
• Current CPR certification
• Pediatric nursing experience
• Experience caring for medically complex children
• PPEC, home health, school nursing, or pediatric specialty experience
• New Graduates Welcome – Training Provided!
